Potential Use of Artificial Intelligence to work out basic calculations on Utilities consumption for a Dairy plant where some sections may be working & some sections may not be working in a dairy ( due to non continuous supply of milk) . It is very cumbersome to work out utility consumption manually & prone to errors thus perhaps AI based algorithms can be used . However as I don't have any formal education & exposure on AI , I wanted to find out which are the best courses to understand the basics & start working on this objective
