I mean that when I tried to choose a specific pr. Ab, the company elected 2 subtypes and asked me to choose the suitable according to target. one of them was mouse monoclonal while the other was recombinant. I will test the expression of this Ab on human sample. @ Jitendra Kumar Shandilya

For the recombinant antibody you need to check what the constant part is (if any), to choose the right secondary.
