I plan to fabricate a highly sensitive polymer-based pressure sensor.
When I scholarly searched for pressure sensors, there are several types. but I think researchers mainly focus on piezoresistive or piezocapacitive.
However, they have some advantages and disadvantages respectively... so, I would like to ask those who have experience in fabricating pressure sensors, what criteria led you to choose the mechanism of piezoresistive or piezocapacitive.

I can only say that we have good experience with "Piezoresistive silicon sensors with Wheatstone Bridge circuits". However, it's essential to acknowledge that while the Wheatstone Bridge (WB) contributes substantially to temperature compensation, its ability to offset all temperature-induced effects and light-induced variations is not absolute.
