I need to purify protein which will be further used for pull-down assay. My protein has a Strep-tag. Can anyone suggest a suitable column which will bind to Strep-tag and will enable purification of my protein of interest?
You can use any of these two for purifying Step-tagged proteins of interest from IBA Life sciences: Strep-Tactin® resin OR Strep-Tactin®XT beads.

Hi,
You can use GE Strep Trap HP 1ml column for the purification. Also refer:

Good Luck.
Hi Ramyani,
Creative BioMart has a wide variety of chromatographic reagents, which you can try.
