I am trying to understand the SPR graphs. Does low association and dissociation rate means the molecule has a low affinity kinetics for the substrate?
A low association rate means that the analyte binds slowly with the ligand.
A low dissociation rate means that the analyte binds more strongly.
How both determine the strength of the interaction depends on the values.
