Why do they change cultures? How do they influence international and national decision making processes? What are their aims? What do they do? How do they change communities? Do they really manage everything on our World? How do they work with academic and research communities? Do they work fully legally? How do they influence all of the markets and industries? Do they influence scientific research? How deeply are they acting in daily life on any subject? Do they work on strategic basis and afterwards operational basis? Do they have any positive or negative effect on important worldwide subjects such as climate change, water, agriculture, renewable power? and so on.

Dear Burak. When you take a look about the intelligence comunities impact in transversal human aspects, you can see that as a process aproach, Firstly we have the the accademic machine, where the experts discuss the results of their researchs, generating public debates, forums, panels, etc. If a research pass the discussion milestone in academic comunities, then it could be included in the power centers as an argument for policy makers to implement or focus investments on the matter. Then it would irrigate the human life in a bigger scale, just if it takes force as a political driver.
