I have interactions of carbon nanotube with my analyte (medicine). I wanted to know that which instruments or techniques are suitable for investigation the interfacial interactions of carbon materials (like CNT or graphene) with their surrounding? (in the solution phase and also in the solid phase matrix)

Maedeh, FTIR can show the bonds but if you really want to know about in detail I think XPS would be ideal for you, that XPS date enriched with bonding energies as well.

Raman spectra will show clear binding of carbon particles to substrate. However XPS spectra will be the finest technique you can go for the studies. The binding energy of the elements and the oxidation state of the elements can be identified.
You can compare raw material and carbon doped material so that you can clearly show the impact of carbon binding.
