Hello there!
I'm currently working with CAM-Assays (in ovo) for angiogenesis research. I've taken pictures of the implanted testmembrane and the CAM; I want to analyse the vascular density, total vessel network length, etc around the testmembrane. ImageJ Angiogenesis Analyser does not work (it's only for HUVECs apparently). Which programms/methods could I use instead to quantify the vascularisation?

Hi, we used a SW dedicated to the analysis of small plant roots. I don't know if it's still available but I guess you can find something similar.

Automated for quantitative vessels analysis. a software for the quantitative analysis of angiogenesis with user-friendly interface and analysis flow. AngioTool computes several morphological and spatial parame-ters including the overall size of the vascular network, total andaverage vessel length, vascular density as well as lacunarity.
