Can anyone direct me to papers that show which genes are transcriptionally activated in response to Large T antigen expression? I've spent over an hour on PubMed and could only find papers from the 90's.
I'd prefer info on mouse embryonic fibroblasts of HEK293 cells, but anything will do for starters.

I did not look into detail but there should be some datasets of interest there.

You may also try GEO (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/). You can browse datasets by species, platform, any keyword you'd like (your favorite cells, for instance). Good luck!
