Which functional groups can AF 647 carboxylic acid label?

I am considering using AF 647 carboxylic acid (HY-D2160) to label CD19 protein, but I’m unsure whether it’s feasible. Thus, I’d like to confirm which functional groups AF 647 carboxylic acid can conjugate with.

Chloe Sun Hi, Chloe, AF 647 carboxylic acid is a fluorescent dye containing a carboxylic acid group. This functional group cannot directly covalently bind to molecules, but it can be used to label target molecules with amine groups (–NH₂) through activation or conjugation reactions.
