My research topic is "Social Interaction among Christian and Muslims in Peshawar city...A quantitative Analysis"...
I am using two indicators(Mixed interaction and Religious Understanding) to measure social interaction between both groups. My basic question is which factor affects their interaction such as gender, education, religious understanding, age etc? Please guide me on how I can find out the influencing factors from survey questionnaire manually?

This sentence is not clear to me "Please guide me on how I can find out the influencing factors from survey questionnaire manually?". What do you mean by 'manually'?
I mean how can I find the influencing factor Such as Religious understanding(Intra and Inter religious understanding) or age, gender, income, education etc? I just know the basics of SPSS software thats why I would prefer to find the factor manually.... The Questionnaire for Christian is attached. For Muslims mostly similar..Please take a look....

There are subjects that should be worked qualitatively due to their profoundness. Ex. Religion. I would recommend use thequestionnaire for simple general questions and later an interview with the perons that answered the most interesting questionnaires

You have a very interesting research topic of study , but, I am not sure that you have chosen an appropriate research design or even research instrument for your data collection. You see if one is only interested in identifying the interaction patterns of members of a given society, they would construct what we call in sociology a socio-gram. It enables one to determine who interacts with who and how frequently they do so and , thus, gives one an idea of the influence that some individuals have in that society. In fact , one can use this technique to identify opinion leaders within a given society.
However, when it comes to establishing the meanings associated with these interactions in terms of their understanding off religious issues as you put it, I am not sure that a quantitative paradigm is an appropriate research design and a descriptive survey in which you rely on a questionnaire as the sole data collection instrument is particularly lacking in this dimension. You may want to use data collection instruments that lend themselves more to qualitative research such as observation ( both direct and participant) , focus group discussions, interviews , key informant , content analysis and the like.
You might be interested that I study many factors that influence social interaction in section 3.5 of "Social interaction, globaiization and computer-aided analysis". The factors that you name such as age or education are considered there as a context of social interaction.
