Hi everyone,

I am working on secreted peroxiredoxins (PRDXs) from RAW 264.7 cells and have various Western blots of cell supernatants which I have already blotted for PRDXs. These proteins are released via exosomes and so I would like to strip and reprobe my blots to show an exosomal marker.

I was looking at using CD63, but PRDX is 44kDa so the bands would overlap. CD9 or CD81 are other potential options, but I just wondered if anyone has done this and what they might recommend.

Thanks so much!

Sonia
