I want to design my project on pregnant BALB/c mice. Therefore, I need to inject definite number of 4T1 cancer cells to their mammary fat pad to set up the animal model. Before anything, I want to become sure about the ethics of injection of cancer cells to pregnant mice for establishing of breast tumor in pregnant animal. Is it ethical? Which parameter should be notice during the study?
