I have to use encapsulation material to protect my materials from high temperatures and prevent them from reacting with each other during extrusion. It is important that gas release starts after the packaging process is completed, but I do not want a slow release.

Hi,
There are lot of factors to be considered while selecting a wall material/encapsulating material which includes: its compatibility with the core material, for example, if your material is water soluble you can use starch, maltodextrin, chitosan, soy isolate, etc. But if your core material is hydrophobic and soluble in organic solvents, you can try PLA, etc.
