There are many models for estimating sediment delivery ratio, often for large watersheds have been developed but few models have been introduced for small watersheds.
U.S. Geological Survey is beginning to do develop models and undertake groundtruthing on this in watersheds with reaches of comparable geologies. Look for their publications based in Oregon and Washington.
