i have got Band pattern on agarose gel, now i need to analysis this results and have to prepare dendogram from this results, so what should i do?
What do polymorphic and monomorphic bands means in terms of RAPD analysis and how i should i convert this band pattern data into the data which can be used for constructing dendogram.
i need to know the free available software and most user friendly to complete this job, so please do a favour.

These are free softwares, I have not try myself, but you can try and share your experience.
I used Phoretix 1D pro, it was a nice one but it is a bit expensive.

GelCompar II software will be very good. You can use trial version and save the pictures.
Steve Baeyen, i tried to install gel compar 2 & Bionumerics but both are asking for serial key for get start, so anyone have cracked version for any of these both or serial key??????
Score the bands with 1 for present and 0 for absence, then input the results in excel sheet or on the data window. I will suggest you
