If you want to analyze the relationship between the three "continuous" variables and the dichotomous one you should use the point biserial correlation coefficient (rpb). The dichotomous variable is "naturally" dichotomous? If it is not and you have artificially dichotomized the variable then a biserial correlation would be the more appropriate calculation.

By the way, the point-biserial correlation is mathematically equivalent to the Pearson (product moment) correlation.

As long as the variable ist coded 0 and 1, you can use regular Pearson correlations. It will give you the same result as rpb. Beware that this can only be done with dichotomous variables. To sum it up: You can just put it into the analysis like the other variables.

yes u can use correlation any time when u have more than two variables. here u can use Pearson correlation

Isn't it better to use pearson or spearman correlation for three psychometric tests and student t test or Mann-Whitney U for clinical variable (which coded with yes or no)? Isn't a clinic code with yes/ or no a nominal variable? Isn't it a proper way to make pearson correlation with nominal variables?

I am probably reflecting what most people up above have recommended.  If, for your three continuous variables, you are willing to regard them as at the equal interval level (not merely ordinal level) variables, I would use Pearson's correlations throughout because all of the correlations with your dichotomous variables would then simply be point biserial correlations, which, as others have pointed out, are really just Pearson's correlations.  

If, however, you regarded your continuous variables as being at the ordinal (not equal interval) level, to be safe I'd use Spearman's correlations among them, and Pearson's correlations between each of them and your dichotomous variable.

though the psychometric tests will probably generate parametric data, I would suspect the clinical variable code is non-parametric, though there may be more knowledge of the data than you mention.  I would suggest it might be a good idea to do a combination of analytic tests and question what you really want to discover.  If indeed you just want relationships, then Pearsons for parametric and spearmans for non parametric

I just wanted to remind you that Pearson product-moment or Point biserial correlations are appropriate only if you are interested in the relationships among your variables in a pairwise fashion. That is, these correlation coefficients are bivariate statistics. If you want to assess to what extent your three continuous variables collectively  (i.e. as a set) predict your clinical dichotomous variable, you need to employ logistic regression analysis.
