im working in a culture collection of bacteria, in the caracterization of clostridium i've found that the formation of endospores is diferent in broth and solid media, i'm growing them in RCM, i've made a serial dilution and isolate colonies by morfology, in the solid media they showed endospores proper of the genus so i took the colony and inoculated a broth of RCM at 37°C, six days later the have no endospores, only gram positive bacilli.
