Which company is the best for Multiplex RT-PCR with mice colon tissue?

I am planning on doing Multiplex RT-PCR for mice colon tissue and was wondering which company is best for conducting such an experiment? I have very minimal amount of tissue; like 50mg of tissue and need to use it for both RT-PCR and protein analysis. Any suggestions?

AusDiagnostics have a quantitative multiplex technology for up to 72 targets with single molecule sensitivity called multiplex tandem PCR. We used it down to 50 pg for cancer gene profiles from FFPE material in the original publications. We can create custom multiplexes, please email for a quote.
