Iron or Mg deficiency or root damage by plant pathogens / toxins that cause that nutrients deficiency
I am interested in whether chlorosis occurs only on leaves that are facing the road? If so, it is likely to be a salt injury.
Mg deficiency- as seen, mg deficiency begins as interveinal chlorosis in the tops of older leaves
It seem to be Mg deficiency in combination with Fe. Its came from poor texture of soil. So, it is better to spray with micro-element. If you want to apply fertilizer in soil, micro-element chelated with EDDHA work well.
ONLY THREE LEAVES are showing the symptom of inter-venal chlorosis. If it continues further in other healthy leaves, viral infection is confirmed.
It is not looking a mineral deficiency symptom since rest of the leaves are dark green and healthy,
Look for the pest vector and apply the control measures accordingly

Pl look in to your fertilizer application scheduling. Fe based fertilizer can solve this problem.

May be this chlorosis of hazelnut is induced by salt spraying in winter for secure roads, salt (NaCl) which destroys soil structure and the collateral effect are obscure nutrient deficits ??
