Dear Vandana,

For the solar cell application, several characteristics could be done for TiO2 nanoparticles such as SEM-EDX, AFM, UV-Vis, XPS and etc. The most important is to know the composition of your final synthesis product and thin film quality such as particle size and film roughness.
