Tyrosine kinases utilizes the ATP for the phosphorylation during the normal intracellular signalling cascade, but it abruptly increases during the cancer progression. However this can be a better to target in cancer. My question is in the direction to those cancers which can be affect more by targeting tyrosine kinase as only if they show dominance in expression of tyrosine kinase.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by dominance (as opposed to what?)?
FYI, as you probably already know, in NSCLC that is ALK- or ROS1-driven, there appears to usually (not always) also be EGFR up-regulation and it is suspected that this might sometimes be a mechanism of resistance to ALK- or ROS1 inhibitors, at least where another mechanism cannot be found.
