I have read some recommendations about the book of Health Psychology for teaching this topic at university. These were posted in 2013, thus, I ask this question again if there is any update so far. Please, recommend a textbook for Health Psychology topic in university at this time, October 2020. Thank you very much!

Consider "Principle-Based Stepped Care and Brief Psychotherapy for Integrated Care Settings" if you are looking for specific interventions for various conditions.
I would have a look in the library, because different books suit different people. You may like a book with lots of prose, or prefer on with short, pithy sections and boxes with the main points summarised.
Books are also expensive. I would be more inclined to read journal articles, especially review articles. Borrow from the library maybe, or buy from better world books, an amazing source for academic books. They sell retired library books, and you can get last years edition of a standard textbook for half nothing. And the proceeds go to supporting literacy and libraries in developing countries.

I would recommend "the Developing Mind" by Daniel Siegel, and/or other books on attachment theory/stress response.
I have used a few different textbooks over the years. So far my favorite is Health Psychology by Leslie D. Frazier

'Rethinking Health Psychology' (Crossley, 2000, OUP) i would say is an excellent thought-provoker allthebest Dominic (practicing clinical health psychologist since 1994 in the English NHS)
