which are the bonds are responsible for the second harmonic generation efficiency of Amino acids, particularly L-THREONINE, L-SERINE ETC, and which of ion (cation or anion) of Ammonium Dihydrogen phosphate is responsible for SECOND HARMONIC GENERATION EFFICIENCY, also, how the amino acid react with ammonia or phosphate group of ammonim dihydrogen phosphate.
I have nothing to say regarding SHG in amino acids, however, regarding SHG efficiency of ADP:
P-O bonds are responsible for SHG efficiency in a family of phosphate nonlinear crystalls such as ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP), potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) and others.
