There are a large number of sensor technologies available to detect a particular type of analytes.
I understand every platform has some limitation and some advantages among others.
In current situation which type of biosensors (FET/elctro-chemical/luminescent-based/electro-luminescence) provide more reliability to become a part of future point-of-care?
Of course, this all comes down to personal opinion.
I believe electrochemical techniques will become the most versatile platform with use of nanoelectrodes with miniaturised electronic circuitry, possibly implanted or at least wearable in the form of patches.
Interested in what others think.

Electro-chemical sensors have already proved their performance such as for glucose sensors. I believe electro-chemical integrated micro sensors will come up soon.
Among the techniques you mentioned in your question, I also think that electro-chemical is the best choice.
I don't agree on electrochemical sensor having any future. Rather in my opinion it would be non invasion, non tagging aka label free techniques, based on physical property not electrochemical
