These types of binders are often used in the manufacturing process of nanomaterials, such as biosynthesized nanoparticles, due to their ability to maintain their shape in high temperatures.

It sounds like the binder you are using is not stable enough for immersion in electrolyte. You may want to consider a more stable binder that can withstand immersion in the electrolyte. As for the electrolyte, sulfuric acid (H2SO4) at a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio would work best for RuO2 nanoparticles.

You are synthesizing your nanoparticle at pH 7 , try using Acetate buffer pH at 6.0, what kind of binder you are using also is important, Try using long chain Amines, Please share your answers as well after using the above

possible thermal resistance binders of nanoparticles synthesis are:

1) Polyimide,

2) Polyurethane,

3) Siloxane,

4) Parylene,

5) Hexafluoropropylene.

I recommend Acetate buffer binder for NPs having pH neutral (7). Agree with R. Sagayaraj, Polyimide, Polyurethane, and Parylene thermal-resistant binders could be used for synthesis of nanoparticles.
