The type of publication in the Bibliography and other issues of the drafting of a written text for a specific scientific journal is defined by the editors of a given journal in editorial guidelines, which are presented on the website of a given journal.

Use Mendeley Tool for styling. There is a citation plug-ins, you only need to select the appropriate journal template when preparing their article, after which citations and bibliographies will be automatically formatted in the journal's style.
They have provided Latex file but not clear which class to use? i.e
