Which are the exact steps to perform to run synb0-DISCO?

I'm trying to perform a DTI analysis, but I'm not able to run TOPUP since data have been acquired without reverse encoding direction. The solution to this problem consists in running the synb0-DISCO, but I have some doubts about the steps to be performed.
