Two good journal with several techno-economic analysis paper is "Energy Conversion and Management" and "Energy". However, depending on what is the source of energy (e.g. is it renewable? if yes, is it mostly solar, wind, or biomass? what is the energy storage system? is it battery or/and hydrogen?) then you can publish in the journals relevant to that topic. For example, solar energy journal for solar systems, IJHE for hydrogen systems, etc,.

Also, you can consider "Sustainable Cities and Society" if the energy system is for a community.

So some of the journals that you may consider (again you need to consider the context of your research)
