Mainly I wan to know which are good for topics like cloud, grid computing field.
As per my knowledge, first we have to submit the abstract, then if selected we have to pay and send the entire paper. Am I right? I am a beginner to this kind of job.

to find good journals, try to find journals with EI or SCI indexing. For EI journals try engineering village since it hosts the EI indexing. for SCI indexing try tomson router snice it hosts the SCI and SCIE indexing.
I would like to mention that journals may be ranked according to their impact factor. When ever you find a high impact factor the journal is good
