I want to inject the antigens into the zebrafish and then result in Th1 or Th2 response in the zebrafish respectively. In one paper, the author used mouse as his model, and he used PLP to result in Th1 response and OVA to Th2. I have no idea whether these two do the same things in the zebrafish. Or will some other antigens result in Th1 or Th2 response in the zebrafish? I hope someone could give me a hand.

I'm sorry I will not go deep in your question but rather turn around ...
- The main paradigm is that viruses and intracellular bacteria trigger Th1 via the production by APCs of IL12 and/or other combinations of cytokines such as IL18, type I IFN, IL27, IFNg.
In Mice, LPS administration or pathogens like pseudomonas, leishmania, cryptococcus, or viruses like BCG, influenza, VZV, you get a Th1 response,
though the variation between mice strains is very big !! a Th1 response is much much stronger is BL6 mice for instance, so I guess the difference with zebrafish can be even bigger
- For Th2 I have seen models of allergy to induce Th2, or worms,
Regarding the Fish, I believe this paradigm should stay true (at least in an evolutionary context)
I found an article on another fish, where LPS induces Th1 bias
