Which antibody combination is perfect to analyze iTreg and nTreg in mice?

Hi,

I have to analyze iTreg and nTreg cell populations from the spleen of mice by FACS. I have selected the fluorochrome combination as:

FITC Helios

PE Foxp3

PerCP Cy5.5 CD127

PE-Cy7 CD304

APC CD25

Pacific blue CD3

Amcyan Aqua

Is there any other option to use the minimum number of fluorochromes for this experiment?

Please suggest.
