Which antibiotics are specifically sensitive to pBI121vectors?

Greetings Everyone!

Many antibiotic could inhibit the growth of E.coli but the real concern is inhibition of pBI121 vector.

I'm not entirely sure what your question is, but the pBI121 vector confers resistance to kanamycin/neomycin (this is the agrobacterium plasmid with GUS expression). There may be other plasmids with the same name so be sure you are referring to the same one. .
