I wish to explore possibility of designing a very high strength ,hardness and ductility UHSS for Armor protection with reduced weight.

Ciao,

even if you can achieve that performance but properly alloying and nanoparticle dispersion, I fear that the material should so brittle to be unmachinable in self-standing conditions but only in combination with a more ductile substrate ... So, why don't think directly to cladding or coating technologies such as simple arc welding or maybe thermal spray with very hard and resistant material ?
