MDPI is not well known publisher comparing to Springer, Elsevier, SAGE, InderScience. However, they have some journals with Q1 Rank. For The  Healthcare journal: I could not find its Impact Factor. Furthermore, this journal is Open Access, you have to pay to publish your articles. 

Try to find in Web of science. U may find what u need.
