I am thinking to submit a research paper in AEU-International Journal of Electronics and Communications - Elsevier. From the internet I got its impact factor is 2.9. Can you suggest me whether this journal is good or not?
AEÜ is a good international scientific journal. Also, you can consider the International Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications (http://ijet.pl/index.php/ijet/index); however, note that it has article processing charges or APCs and there is no waiver policy for these.

If you choose the subscription based option for publishing it is free of costs https://www.elsevier.com/journals/aeu-international-journal-of-electronics-and-communications/1434-8411/open-access-options (after 24 months the so-called embargo period is over and after that it is basically open access).
So, definitely a safe and good choice.
