If I want to evaluated a product with a microbiological test, how I can inhibit disinfecting power assets? Does anyone know any articles or a book where I can find a method for it?
I'd like to suggest Alcamo's Laboratory Fundamentals of Microbiology by Jeffrey C. Pommerville. You can find there's a chapter about the evaluation of disinfectants and antiseptics. Also showing methods to find phenol coefficient represents the effectiveness of the disinfectant. Hope it helps ;)
