Dear Raniella, Kindly find this attached file where i have given you all required JCPDS reference files.

Use X'Pert HighScore Plus software, you can open the XRDML file in this software and find the all parameters of your material. 

Dear Bikramjeet, If you have licence of High score and data base attach to it, only in that condition you can find the JCPDS there otherwise not.
