I am trying to obtain ThermoQ software mentioned in Phillips K, Hernandez de la Peña A, Current Protocols in Molecular Biology 10.28.1-10.28.15 in order to analyze the Thermal shift (Thermofluor) protein melting data. Do you have any ideas where could I get it? I tried to contact the developers, but with no success. Maybe you could suggest an alternative, preferably available for free?
