I am looking for predicted direct targets of rice TFs. For Arabidopsis we have several databases and this recent paper (http://www.nature.com/articles/srep25164#s2) discusses in great detail about possible TF binding sites of all Arabidopsis TFs, genome-wide.
I am looking for a similar data or online database for rice TFs. Where can we get this information? Thanks.
In my knowledge, there is no genome-wide prediction for targets of rice TFs. CIS-BP is the database where it contains directed (experimentally verified) or inferred (most from Arabidopsis) TFBS (motif) for rice TFs.
Thanks Chun-Ping, yes I looked into CIS-BP and they mention TFBS (motif) for rice TFs mostly inferred based on Arabidopsis TFs. But based upon those TFBS, they do not mention about the predicted direct targets of those rice TFs. So only the motif sequence is there but no targets.
