I want to do an experiment that require different neutron sources (AmBe, Pu-Be ..etc), from where can I get the spectrum data of these sources to model them in MCNP SDEF Tally ?
A quick search with Google gave this paper on Am-Be and Am-B spectra:

Maybe you can also look at the NEA and IAEA websites to find other spectra. There is a Mannhart evaluation of the 252Cf prompt fission neutron spectrum. Maybe some information is found here:
