I am using TRIM, developed by Ziegler et al. for my work on heavy ion implantations in supernovae grains. I would like to use the program TRIM.SP for sputtering calculations since TRIM does not take into account inelastic energy losses while finding sputtering yields whereas TRIM.SP does.
Can anyone direct me to someone who might have the program or who might have used it? It will be a great help!
