which is usually cheaper (60-100 euro/clones)

however , in case you need it for gene cloning and recombinant protein expression and you GOI is not so big, you can ask to Genescript also to sintetize your gene with a codon optimize sequence for the host that you will use for the protein expression. This approach is more expensive but can certanilly improve your results, expecially if you have some codon bias issues.
