I am looking for good examples of mixed methods papers, especially using a exploratory sequetial design. Both articles, theses and other reports would be interesting.
I didn't check the rest of the citations that Han Ping Fung offered, but the Subedi article is about explanatory, rather than exploratory sequential designs. In general, exploratory sequential designs designs are so common by now that not much is actually written about them except in textbooks.

One article I have used in the past is by Krause. His approach is more elaborate than would be needed in most circumstances, but it does show how to make use of several different qualitative methods.
