I am looking for two strains.
1. Bacteria containing the blaCTX-M-1(15) gene
2.Bacteria containing the czrC (copA) gene.
I am looking for these genes in order to build a standard curve for a PCR experiment.

If you want the copA gene you can find it from Escherichia coli
K-12 (CopA - Rensing et al., 2000), and the strain you can ask from ATCC (http://www.atcc.org/Products/All/53678.aspx).
