I am in developing Artificial Intelligence load forecaster, Of course I am using ANN for the development. Thanks for Gerro Prinsloo Question where I got lots of testing data, but I want to analyse the developed one for Data of individual states in India.
I think you may refer to CEA Load-Generation balance report and, of course you must have, IMD for weather data
I have found weather data of individual district in all states from http://www.imdagrimet.gov.in/weekly
found the load data in http://www.srldc.org/webbaseddailyreport.aspx In this load data I cannot tell precisely about each district of the state. So my question is "Is there any database which maintains every data related to load in that district?"

Thank you Satyendra. I am using ANN to develop also trying with SVM. I actually asked where to get the detailed data about each and every state in India
Detailed data at Didtrict level can be obtained only from Concerned Electricity Boards. Most of the times data in terms of kW may not be readily available but can be worked out knowing the currntflow and voltage. If you are in needof load data at substation level you will be able to get it from electricity boards.

Authentic load data of each state can only be provided by the SLDC of that state. I'll suggest, you should mail them and ask for sharing data.
I also encountered the same problem, when I was working on North Regional Power Grid Data.
