Does anyone have the data of non-invasive (or unsuccessful invasive) plants in China?
We summarized 861 naturalized plant species in China, which contains both invasive and non-invasive alien plants.

You can find the list of the naturalized alien plants from the Supplementary information of this paper.
For invasive alien plants, you can find the list from Xu et al. (2012) and Weber et al. (2008). The species present in our list, but not in Xu et al and Weber et al, could be considered as non-invasive alien plants.
