I am looking for the conditions for N-myristoyltransferase stability (pH, salt, temperature, urea...).

Dear Asadolah. Thanks a lot for your answer and for the inetresting article! Nevertheless, I am not really looking for condition decreasing the enzymatic activity of NMT, but more for consitions that would really denaturate the enzyme! Do you think the enzyme can denaturate at low pH? thanks a lot!
