Thank you for the publication but they compared 0 and 7 days after a treatment. I was looking for ITT performed in db/db mice when they are young, adult, middle-age and old. It is well known that circulating insulin and insulin production decrease with age in these mice (Berglund et al. (1978) Acta Endocrinol; 87(3):543-551), but I wanted to know how insulin sensitivity evolved.

Check-out the following paper:
Pancreatic islets of obese hyperglycemic mice (ob/ob). By Tomita et al. PMID: 1594559
The authors report GTT and ITT in 1-, 3-, and 6-month-old ob/ob mice. Phenotype should be similar in db/db.
