In the European project MANTRA we developed a parallel corpus based on EMEA and MedLine. It comprises of a silver standard large corpus (using different systems tagging the corpus with a majority vote) and a manually crafted 550 document gold corpus (only EMEA) used to calculate precision and recall of the silver standard corpus. http://the.sketchengine.co.uk/ has few big parallel corpora but without  extracted keywords

I don't think there is something that exactly matches your requirements.  You may try the link cited in Answer 1 though.
